The accommodation consists of:

• Two bedrooms - one double and a twin room with sea views
• Galley kitchen
• Bathroom with shower over bath
• Lounge/Diningroom – with sea glimpses. There is a double bed settee for additional visitors

Outside there is:

• A Patio with bench leading onto the lawn where you can watch wild rabbits play
• Designated parking space so no need to have to find parking at the beach as already nearby
• Footpath from grounds to dunes and beach or alternately use slipway route for pushchairs, wheelchairs and watersports equipment
• A Bus service nearby to St Ives to avoid the parking headaches that St Ives can have. Or a short scenic coastal train ride form Lelant Saltings to St Ives
