The apartment letting weeks are Friday
to Friday with a 3pm arrival and vacating
by 10am the following Friday. This means you can spend Saturday on
the beach enjoying your holiday rather than in the traffic jams and,
on returning home, there is the weekend to unpack and get sorted before
the working week starts.
The deposit is one third of full asking price
if booked 6 weeks in advance of holiday start date. The holiday
must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to start date. The deposit is non-refundable.
Ask about 'Late Availability'
- A 3 day short break commencing from Friday is 60% of
full asking price. Alternative time periods to 3 / 7 / 14 days can sometimes be accomodated - please enquire.
- All bedroom linen is included.
- Electricity included.
- Some towels are provided for your convenience.
- A cot and highchair are available but please bring own bedding
for your baby.
- Property must be left clean and in a decent condition… all
breakages must be reported and may be charged, though we
do understand accidents happen.
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
- Only the stipulated number of people
on the booking form can stay at St Ives Bay View. No surprise
guests unless previously agreed.
- The owners of the property do not
accept liability for any accident, damage, loss, injury or expense
whether to the holiday tenants or their possessions or vehicles parked
at St Ives Holiday Bay View. Nor any suffering arising or anyway connected
with the booking or booked holiday. Deposits are non-refundable. However,
the owners will make every
endeavour to re-book the cancelled dates and, if successful,
will refund the deposit to the person who booked and cancelled
the holiday.
- We strongly recommend that you take out suitable
holiday insurance to cover cancelled bookings.
